| The facilities comprise of three large venues namely the Negotiating Council Chamber, Senate Room I and Senate Room II, each of which can accommodate an average of 340 delegates in cinema style. Senate Rooms I and II can also be combined for larger functions. These are complemented by four smaller meeting rooms, Claudius, Augustus, Tiberius and Romanus rooms, which are ideal for use as executive boardrooms and breakaway meetings. They average 80 square metres, can accommodate 60 in cinema style and are comfortable middle sized rooms for meetings of a smaller scale.

| The North Wing, comprises the large Assembly Room, which is sub-divisible into six separate venues. Its capacity therefore ranges from 30 to 2000 delegates, depending on the style of the set-up, and the combined space of 1 656 square metres is ideal for large conferences, banquets and product launches. |
| Centre Court has generous pre-assembly areas, satellite office and bar locations, under floor power supply and overhead telephone lines as well as a vehicle access corridor for vehicles not exceeding 2.3m in height. A separate fully serviced smoking lounge is adjacent to the venue. |
