Exhibition Infrastructure
We recommend that a standard shell system be used throughout the exhibition, allowing exhibitors who have their own portable systems to erect these within the shell scheme. This approach is especially pertinent for events of a short duration and ensures a professional appearance to the whole event, rather than a ‘flea-market’ look. Our standard exhibition stand package is based upon the following configuratio

· Exhibition walls, based on a 3 x 3 metre configuration
· Fascia board – colour to be standard and co-ordinated with event branding
· Company name on fascia (excluding logo, an average of 20 letters)
· 15 amp power point with a shared dB Board
· 1 x double fluorescent light
We recommend the use a double fluorescent light fitting rather than the traditional two spot lights, because the fluorescent light provides a much more even light, less glare, eliminates areas of light and shadow, and generates virtually no heat. The tube also very rarely fails and therefore does not require on-site maintenance. Obviously, we can substitute the fluorescent light in the package with two spots at the request of the client.
